1. We have the right to decline a refund for any returned item if the item is not returned in its original condition.

2. Refunds will be processed within 5 working days from the date we receive the returned item.

3. Customer's will be liable for any shipping cost's occurred when an item is sent or returned. 

4. Orders placed before 4PM Monday-Friday will be shipped the same day 1st Class.

5. Any orders placed Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday(unless this is a bank holiday then dispatch will be the following working day)

6. Although we can deliver to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, British Forces Post Office(BFPO) Addresses, delivery to these locations may take a little longer.

7. All items are subject to stock availability, we will inform you as soon as possible if any of the products in your order are not available.

8. We accept no responsibility for the customer inputting the incorrect address to which the product should be delivered to.

9. Sale items are none refundable.

10. We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products that appear on our site. However the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we can not guarantee that your monitors display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product upon delivery
